I remember when I hit 175 I was stuck for 6 months. I pray to god I'm not stuck at 163-165 for that long. I know it has to go down eventually. I'm not giving up though. Started on Saturday and as ...I'm using MFP too. Started on Saturday and as of today I'm up 1-2 lbs. I was at 163/164 last week and today I was 165. Now I've worked out harder this week and burnt about 1800 cals in the gym so I'm not sure why I've gained other than water or sodium. I'm going to keep going with MFP and give it a good month to see how it goes.
