I had a pair that I really wanted to get back in to. I eventually gave them away. It occurred to me that there's a really good chance that I'll never fit in them again. I was in my early 20's, and dancing 2 hours a day. There's no way I have that kind of time to workout and be that small again.

Do what you feel is right for you. My ultimate goal is just to get to a healthy weight. Any weight I lose after that is just icing. Just keep working out, and eating right. The pieces will just fall into place.Mariebophttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17821644809494606041noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6496409005190345211.post-44810979075419312502011-05-23T20:02:50.968-07:002011-05-23T20:02:50.968-07:00Its so hard to get passed the number on the tag, j...Its so hard to get passed the number on the tag, just like the number on the scale. You are so close to goal, and 75 pounds lost is a HUGE accomplishment. Good luck with whatever you decide to do!JaJohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11743734476550393811noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6496409005190345211.post-69137024621052705422011-05-23T16:10:30.847-07:002011-05-23T16:10:30.847-07:00Intuitive eating works for me as long as I eat 90%...Intuitive eating works for me as long as I eat 90% unprocessed foods, like grains, pasta veggies, tofu, beans, etc. I can eat some processed foods, but only in small quantities, even if they are vegan.

Of course, I still have trigger foods that I allow myself once a week, like non-dairy soy ice cream, popped chips, etc. Intuitive eating gets messed up by these foods, so I have to consciously limit them.

Maybe keep 2 or 3 pair of those small size jeans tucked away, but don't consider them a goal? If you naturally drop down to that size, well, fine. If you don't, that's fine, too.

Wishing you the best
:-)SewTypicalhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00476849223678980036noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6496409005190345211.post-8398192831177624112011-05-23T14:03:03.984-07:002011-05-23T14:03:03.984-07:00Maybe give the IE another shot, it might also be u...Maybe give the IE another shot, it might also be useful in determining your body's happy weight. If you stay the same maybe that is what your body wants. Just a thought. I think you have always been beautiful so whatever makes you happy is what you should do :-).Leanne @ The Skinny Architecthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15043256582704191030noreply@blogger.com
