Thanks for taking the time to post those tips - I'm saving the link. This week I'm going to switch from WW meetings to online only. I've been good about tracking for the last 4 months and lost 25 pounds - thank you, Weight Watchers!
I know some people find it hard to track, but I love it. It makes me feel solid and in control and it's the first time I've been able to lose weight at this steady, healthy pace.
